Notification of Programming

Notifications to submitting (first) authors will be sent in March 2018.

Notifications include:

• Title, date, and time of session(s) in which abstract has been programmed
• Format of presentation (oral and poster, or poster only)
• Program number
• Presentation time

Co-authors will not receive notifications.
