Attendee Registration
Join or renew your AAI membership for 2018 to be eligible for the member discount on your meeting registration. Eligibility will be determined at the time of registration. If you have questions about your membership status or need to make changes to your name, please email members@aai.org.
The registration fee covers entrance to scientific sessions and exhibits, admission to the IMMUNOLOGY 2018™ Gala, and one copy of the IMMUNOLOGY 2018™ Program. You may purchase the Abstract Book, tickets to a Roundtable, or Gala guest tickets when registering.

NIH and other Federal Government Employees Registration
Employees of the federal government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2018™ but have not received approval by the early registration deadline (March 23, 2018) should contact meetings@aai.org for assistance prior to the meeting. Government employees must register in advance. No special consideration can be provided if registering onsite. Please include in your email your full name, registration category (member, nonmember, or student), agency/institute and the date of your approval request.
Undergraduate Registration
Undergraduate students are eligible for the discounted registration fee of $30 to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive the Undergraduate registration rate, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher.
Graduate Student Registration
AAI graduate student members are eligible for significantly reduced registration to the meeting. Nonmember graduate students may register at the reduced registration rate of $225 onsite only with a student photo ID.
Please Note: Postdoctoral fellows, post baccalaureates, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member/nonmember registration rate.
High School Teacher, High School Student Registration
High school teachers and high school students (age 13 and older) are eligible for complimentary registration to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive complimentary registration, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students by accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.
*Press Registration
Press badges are complimentary to pre-approved members of the working press with appropriate press credentials and to freelance writers bearing a letter of assignment (on the publication’s official letterhead) from an editor.
Approved press badge holders are required to provide AAI with copies of all articles written about IMMUNOLOGY 2018™.
Complimentary press badges will not be issued to representatives from allied fields (public relations, public information, public affairs, scholarly journals or publishers). These individuals may register on-line and pay the applicable registration fee.

**Refunds
If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or you may request a refund. Request for refunds (less a $75 processing fee) will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET, April 2, 2018. After that date and time, no refunds will be issued. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, including the registrant’s confirmation number. Special Needs
If you require special services or a reasonable accommodation, please mark the appropriate box during the Meeting Registration process, or email meetings@aai.org. Requests for reasonable accommodation must be made no later than April 16, 2018.
Letters of Invitation
For security purposes, letters of invitation will be sent only to individuals who are registered for the meeting. Once your registration is complete, there will be a link in your email confirmation to download a letter of invitation.
